Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill newborns, infants, and pediatric patients.
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and treatment progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist in emergency situations and critical care procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate and support patients' families throughout the care process.
Requirements:
• B.Sc Nursing / GNM Nursing qualification.
• Valid nursing registration.
• Relevant experience in NICU/PICU preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• For Senior Staff Nurse roles, prior critical care experience and leadership capabilities are preferred.
